Daniel Edwards

Daniel Edwards is a native of Bristol, Virginia. He graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2021, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness. In 2024, Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Tennessee Winston College of Law, where he served on the Board of the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy as Articles Editor.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel’s practice primarily focused on transactional matters involving commercial real estate, business formation, and corporate governance. Daniel is a licensed attorney in both South Carolina and Tennessee.

When he is not practicing law, Daniel enjoys playing golf, fishing, rock climbing, and cheering on Manchester United F.C.
