Graham Horsman

Graham Horsman practices civil litigation in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina, office, where he focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in personal injury, wrongful death, and construction defect cases. He earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law with an honors distinction in admiralty and maritime law. While in law school, Graham was named a Medical University of South Carolina Presidential Scholar and distinguished himself on Moot Court, ranking as a top ten oralist in the Judge R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition. Prior to admission to the bar, Graham clerked at a prominent Charleston-area litigation firm where he worked on consumer class actions, mass torts, medical malpractice, and other complex legal matters.

Before attending law school, Graham completed a dual undergraduate degree program at Skema Business School and the University of Nice Côte d’Azur, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors and a Licence in Law, Economics, and Management. After completing his studies, he served in the Israel Defense Forces with the 900th ‘Kfir’ Brigade, an infantry unit specialized in border security and urban counterterrorism operations.

Graham lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and children. In 2026, he was appointed by Governor Henry McMaster to the South Carolina State Library Board to represent the First Congressional District. He previously served on the Charleston County Library Board of Trustees and currently serves on several local civic and nonprofit boards. He is also a member of the Charleston County Bar Association and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. When not working, he enjoys playing beer-league ice hockey and cherishing moments with family and friends.
